Sunday School

Augustana Lutheran, for the 2006-2007 school year, is primarily using Life Together from Augsburg Fortress. As Life Together is a Lectionary-based curriculum, all the youth will be studying the same Bible passages read during worship. This means that kids will hear the same scriptures twice on Sunday mornings. This will allow them to talk to their siblings, parents and friends of any age if they have questions or if part of the lesson especially moved them. The Senior High class is more topic-based and will not always follow the Lectionary.

Notes:
• All Preschool, Kindergarten, First, and Second grade Sunday Schoolers will meet in the Sanctuary from 9am - 9:15am for an opening welcome and worship. These kids will then go to their classrooms for Bible study, discussion, and crafts at 9:15. Class will go until about 9:45am.
• All Sunday School classes will be memorizing and praying the Lord's Prayer as a part of their curriculum.
